What are/will we [be] doing?

Starting from Our [Training Center] where covering the aspect of starting-up on Job Train of Advanced Education, and as well, this training has its own sustainability way.

With this Training Center [Computer Magazine Training Center] which is focusing on IT Skill Training, will provide the basic course to student from remote area.

This course will be hosting 20 student for 3 months(from Jan 2009 – Mar 2009) from remote area (Provincial) to join the class, to be familiar with Computer Data Entry Clerk.

All of them will be tested and provided jobs after these three months training as Data Entry Clerk.

Look into our business Model


1. Recruitment

The recruitment process will be taken at first stage. The condidates are applied only for whom from remote area, family has income less than 2$/day and high school students(finish grade 12 of high school).

2. Provide Training

CM Training Center will provide the training to the selected candidates as:
  - Basic Computer Usage: Typing and Office working
  - English as Second Languages: Provides the English Training.
These training courses will also available for other; beside the selected candidates; but will be chargeable.

3. Testing the qualification and ability

After training session (3 months to 6 months); candidates will require to take test ( Computer Typing and English). If they fail; they will need to take the training again.

4. Staying and Working

If they passed; they will be provided jobs as Data Entry Operators in Data Solution Center, and staying at dormitory.

5. Loans and Scholarship

And after a period of time; if they are performance well; they will be provided the scholarship (only one per a year); and other will be qualified for Study Loan where their salary will be deducted for loan repayment.

6. Studying

Loans and Scholarship will enable them to select the field and university they want to study with the school fee less than 500USD/year.

7. Advances Jobs

During they are studying; or after graduated; they are qualified to apply for any job vacancy in Company. Such as Accounting, Human Resources, Sales, Designer, Editors, Web Developers; Software Developer, Network Administrator, Technical Support within the company. Also; they can apply for other vacancies jobs with other companies beside the subsidiary company of PERFEXCOM.

8. Expertise Training

Within the training center; and cooperation with other training center, PERFEXCOM will provides the advance training for expertise skill with particular field. For example; Accounting to be expertise as ACCA, Network Engineer as CCNA, MCSE, OCA, OCP…etc.

9. H.R Outsourcing

After they are certified; they will be placed in other company as H.R outsourcing.

In year 2010, we will be hosting 20 students for every 3 months from remote area (Provincial) to join the class, to be familiar with Computer Data Entry Clerk, and ESL. And provide them job after that.
