Every year, among around 50,000 of student finishing high school, there are very less students are be able to attend the University. This problem is causing from many factors, but the most common identified factors are:

• Their family is unable to financially support them to go to University.
• The Universities only exist in the capital city, Phnom Penh. Far from their home; where they can be in University, and helping family to generate the income to support the family.
• There are no places to stay in the city. Most committed students stay at the Pagoda.
• Families/Students are less of hope of getting job after graduated from university. This case we can learn from the report of the Economic Institute of Cambodia (EIC) reported in 2007, say that only 1 graduate in 10 could find a job after graduated.

Through our business model [Recruitment, Provide Free of Charge Training at Training Center, Providing Jobs with Competitive payment in our business subsidiary, Provide Place to Stay with comfort facility and environment, Provide Loan/Scholarship to study at University] we expect to provide at less 1,500 sustainable jobs to student from remote area by year 2015, starting from Basic Job to Specialist Job for any field except Health.

We are expecting our mission will be joining the Government of Cambodia to reduce the number of people living under the poverty line from year to year.
